This space was built for women growing businesses without losing their minds. That means:

• No harassment, trolling, or spammy behavior.

• Respect differences. This is a mindful, bold, honest space—and kindness is non-negotiable.

• You’re welcome to disagree, but please do it thoughtfully and respectfully.

I reserve the right to block or ban anyone who violates these values. Zero drama, just boundaries.

2. Intellectual Property

All content shared on this Substack—including emails, blogs, downloads, meditations, voice notes, podcast episodes, and frameworks—is the intellectual property of Erin Cummings, unless otherwise credited. Built on YES is a trademark and cannot be used without authorized permission.

You may not copy, repackage, republish, screenshot, or resell any content without express written permission. Sharing publicly available links is welcome. Stealing? Not so much.

3. Downloads, Tools & Templates

Free and paid downloads offered through Erin Runs An Empire are for personal use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or use them commercially unless explicitly allowed.

Got a mastermind or client group you’d love to share them with? Just ask. I’m usually cool about it when it’s respectful.

4. Refunds, Subscriptions & Paid Tiers

Currently, most content is offered for free. If/when paid subscriptions, digital products, or memberships are introduced:

• All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

• Subscription fees are non-refundable.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time, but access to paid content will end with your billing cycle.

You can manage your subscription through your Substack account.

5. No Coaching via DM or Comment Section

I love hearing from readers and appreciate thoughtful replies, but please don’t treat this space like a free 1:1 coaching session. Comments and emails are welcome for conversation—not business consulting. Need deeper support? I offer consulting options and speaking engagements—reach out!
